Join us on Thursday, September 27th 5:30-7pm at the patio of Sparkling House for Hula Hoop Class! Mary Gargett is an international circus performer and trainer from Seattle, Washington. She will do a short performance for us and teach beginner Hula Hoop fitness class. Great for core strength building and coordination.
