This course is primarily for anyone who wants to learn how to properly taste wine. This class will cover the five criteria of deductive tasting followed by 6 different wines of the world.
Instructor: Choi Jackson, CMS Certified Sommelier
Choi has worked in the wine industry for 10 years and has not only ran the day to day operations of Belle Joli winery but also is the highest level achieved through Court of Master Sommeliers of a SD resident. Although she has received chemistry and business degrees from Korea University and CSU Fresno her true passion has become wine.
