Port Club Terms and Conditions:

Belle Joli Winery will ship your club selections directly to your home or office. We simply charge the credit card provided on your sign up form 4 times a year (Feb, Apr, Oct, Dec). Please note that it is your obligation to notify Belle Joli Winery of any account changes 14 days before the beginning of a shipment month. Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled after receiving your first two shipments by providing us with two weeks written notice via email prior to the next shipment month. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks, please call to confirm that your cancellation was received. Your email address is very important. We will send email notifications regarding your upcoming shipments which will also include any relevant tracking information. Void where prohibited.

If I am a will call member I understand that I must pick up the wine within 30 days or the wine will be automatically shipped.

Wines are subject to change due to availability. Members are responsible for all taxes, shipping or handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned, or shipped to an old address. Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to re-ship should be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Belle Joli Winery.

My form submission certifies that I am of 21 years of age or older, and I gave my permission to Belle Joli Winery to charge my credit card for each shipment month. I have reviewed and agree with the above Terms and Conditions provided by Belle Joli Winery.
